We may be a little biased, but we don't think it's possible to have too much turkey, and judging by the lovely emails we receive after Christmas we know many of our regular customers agree!! After receiving inspiration from many of you, we have done a little research and found the following recipes - we can't wait to try them out ourselves! We love a fricassee, and this one from the BBC Good Food looked really simple and tasty. A variation on this sent in by one of our regular customers is fricassee with turkey, rice, mushrooms, chopped avocado and a white sauce - sounds delicious!
Again from the BBC Good Food website, this soup has a bit of a kick and great for using up any leftover leg meat!
This recipe on the BBC website by Paul Hollywood looks absolutely delicious, and uses up any leftover ham or gravy you might have.
I'm sure we aren't the only household where turkey curry is our go-to solution for any leftovers! This one from the Easy Peasy Foodie website is super simple but looks great.
